AVAA National Conference & Annual General Meeting – Thursday 26 May 2016

The AVAA 2016 Conference is to be held on Thursday, 26 May 2016, in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting of the Association.

This year’s conference aims to address issues of importance to the Auction and Valuation industries, and will include diverse topics such as the as is/where is consumer laws, procurement processes, and logistics & distribution issues.

The Conference represents a unique opportunity to enhance your business skills, network with your colleagues and consider issues of key importance to businesses within our Industry, while the Annual General Meeting provides you with an opportunity for input into your Association.

UNSW CBD Campus – the Venue!

Following the positive feedback from the last conference, we will again be utilising facilities at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) CBD Campus, centrally located in the heart of the city at 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney. The venue is easily accessible by train to Wynyard or Circular Quay, numerous city bus routes, or for those choosing to drive, discount parking is available at Secure Parking at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel nearby.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

The full programme to be released within the next few weeks includes expert speakers, sponsor presentations and ample opportunity for networking with fellow members, both at the conference venue and post-conference social activity.
